Thank you for shopping with Creating Sparkle! We take pride in creating handmade Snow Globe Tumblers and custom items with care.

 Processing Times

  • All tumblers are handmade to order.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Processing times may vary during holidays, sales or high-volume periods.
  • All cups are carefully inspected before shipping
  • Confirming no leaks, cracks or defects.
  • Checking for no air bubbles
  • Please note that air bubbles are a normal natural occurrence and is not considered a defect. 

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by Creating Sparkle.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Creating Sparkle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are NOT liable for stolen or lost packages.
  • Please make sure your address is correct when placing order.  You will be required to pay additional shipping charges if item is returned due to incorrect address.
  • If you package arrives damaged, please contact us withing 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. 
  • We are NOT liable for damages caused by the shipping carrier. 
  • If your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or selected carrier).  All shipments are insured and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit.

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, All Sales Are Final.
  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once order has been placed.
  • Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Exceptions may apply only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
