ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Our products are made to order, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. Due to custom and handmade nature of our products. All sales are final once the cup has been started. I do not offer refunds on any order once production has been started.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Snow Globe Tumblers/Cups.
Please note that air bubbles are a natural occurrence in snow globe tumblers. This is a natural occurrence and not considered a defect.
Damaged Items
If your cup arrives damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), we’re happy to help—but we do not offer immediate refunds. In order to receive a replacement, you must follow the steps below:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

A case must be opened with the shipping carrier to investigate the damage.
- USPS: Visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow the instructions.

Once the claim is processed and approved by the shipping carrier, your cup will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.
