Turnaround times vary depending on order volume and design complexity. Current processing times will be provided when your order is placed.
5. Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
No. Handmade snow globe tumblers are not dishwasher safe.
6. Can I put my tumbler in the microwave?
No. Snow globe tumblers should never be placed in the microwave.
7. How should I clean my tumbler?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or the carrier used for delivery) to file a claim. All shipments are insured, and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit.
13. How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
14. Do you offer bulk or group orders?

15. Can you recreate a design I found online?
We can use inspiration photos, but we do not copy another creator's work exactly. We will create a custom design inspired by your ideas while making it uniquely yours.
